Through close collaboration with both management and employees on the ground, we created authentic and engaging stories that highlight the company’s commitment to a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment. From leadership interviews to day-to-day insights from the field, the films showcase how Wicotec Kirkebjerg turns values into action.

The productions have been used across internal communications, events, and digital platforms to strengthen awareness, dialogue, and engagement around safety and well-being throughout the organization.
