We worked with Lederne to create a series of films that portray real members and their experiences with leadership in practice. Through concept development, scripting, and production, we crafted personal, authentic narratives that reflect the challenges and nuances of being a leader today. The films were used across campaigns, events, and digital channels to strengthen member engagement and highlight the value of the community.
